Esther’s Challenge – Can You Tell A Story In . . .

Those of you who understand the laws of thermodynamics will know that heat flows from a hotter to a cooler. Our challenges flow in the same direction!

On Monday, Esther Chilton‘s limericks challenge worked around the single-word prompt, HOT. Today her prompt for the five-word challenge is COOL.

Esther Chilton

So can you tell a story in five words, using the word COOL in it somewhere?

This is an open invitation to all of my followers and Esther’s to have some fun with words. Let your imagination run wild.

Please post your submissions in the Comments on this post. You may post as many five-word stories as you wish.

Here’s your starter:

Cool stories raise our temperatures.

Esther and I eagerly await your submissions. Transform us into glaciers or volcanoes depending on your creative inclinations.

Have fun!
