Happy New Week to you all and welcome, once again, to Esther Chilton’s regular Monday challenge.

Today, Esther’s one-word prompt is SHOW. So can you write a limerick using the word SHOW in it somewhere?

    Yesterday we went to a show,
    To see classic cars, all in a row
    There was a model T Ford
    Nothing I could afford…
    But it was a really great place to go.

    And I did the same.

    Once I wrote a limerick
    But some thought it pretty sick
    I allowed it to show
    What people shouldn’t know
    I guess sometimes I’m pretty thick…

    Swanwick heads all did tilt

    the driver was drunk
